Privacy policy
This is a working draft requiring legal review before launch. The controller must complete the marked fields.
Data controller
The DigitalGate website is operated by S.C. ALPHA GENERAL S.R.L., tax ID RO 16958663, trade register no. J/40/18937/2004, Str. Opanez no. 13, Bucharest, Sector 2, Romania. For questions about your data, contact office@digitalgate.agency.
Data we process
The form requests your name, email, company status and project description. You may add your phone number, company, website, service interests and preferred start time. Required fields are marked *. Without them we cannot handle the enquiry through the form; you can also email us directly. Do not submit passwords, bank details, identity documents or other sensitive information.
Purposes and legal bases
We use the information to understand your project, respond and prepare a proposal. Pre-contractual requests from individuals are processed under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Communication with business representatives and form security rely on our legitimate interests in handling enquiries and preventing abuse, Article 6(1)(f). The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter and is not used for automated decisions with legal effects.
Services and recipients
Cloudflare hosts the website, processes the form and sends the message to the controller’s email inbox, hosted by Google Gmail. We do not keep enquiries in a separate website database. Correspondence is handled by persons authorised by the controller.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a submission is legitimate. Technical data, including IP address and browser and device information, is processed. See the Cloudflare Turnstile notice.
International processing
Cloudflare and Google use international infrastructure, including locations outside the European Economic Area. Their processing and transfer mechanisms are described in the Cloudflare policy and Google policy. You may request further information about the use of these services for your enquiry.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for no longer than 12 months after the last discussion if no longer needed. The controller periodically reviews and deletes correspondence; this rule does not constitute automatic deletion from Gmail. Records relating to contracts, legal obligations or disputes are kept according to their purpose and applicable periods. Providers apply their own technical-data retention rules, described in their notices.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Contact office@digitalgate.agency. We normally respond within one month and will notify you of any lawful extension. You may complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP.
